ORDER POLICIES

The following directions, recommendations and requirements are to help you place an order and understand the process of how your items arrive, are shipped, billing procedures, shipping procedures, etc. As more and more people start to rely on K9's Naturally, it is necessary to clarify some points so that everyone understands how the process works.

Order Timing: K9's Naturally orders from its supplier every 4 weeks for all products except for Otto's Poultry, Wysong and Amber Technologies products (Parvaid, etc.). A reminder will be sent to all previous customers when an order deadline is upcoming. Please realize that due to limited storage space, frozen items in particular are not stocked and must be ordered via the deadline system. | |

Order Reminders: K9's Naturally will send all regular customers an order notice at least one week prior to the order deadline. The only occasion that this time may be shortened is if an Otto's order opportunity pops up at an unexpected time. If at any time you wish to be removed from the reminder list, please send us an email. | |

Payments: ALL orders must be paid for at the time of placement. If you do not wish to use the shopping cart/Paypal, you must make arrangements with K9's Naturally ahead of time to pay by check or money order. Again, mailed payments should arrive by the deadline except for the occasional short deadline. If your order is being delivered to your home or to one of the drop-off points, please do not rely on the delivery person to take your payment. NO COD orders. | |

Shipping: Listed prices DO NOT include shipping. If you wish to have your order shipped, please contact K9's Naturally with your order and ask for a shipping price. Request a Shipping quote. UPS Ground shipping is available to Ohio, Indiana, Michigan, Kentucky, Illinois, Pennsylvania, West Virginia and Tennessee year round for frozen products. Other areas, please check with us before ordering. | |

Minimum Orders: There is no minimum order if you are picking up at K9's Naturally, at one of the drop-off locations or at a dog show. If you request shipping, there is a minimum order for frozen products of 20 lbs. There is no minimum order for the shipping of dry, canned, dehydrated, herbal or book products. | |

Drop-Offs/Deliveries: A $5.00 drop-off fee will be charged for each drop-off/delivery order, regardless of order size. Current home delivery area includes Defiance and Williams counties in Ohio. Available drop-offs include Bowling Green, Findlay, Lima, Dayton and Cincinnati, Ohio. If you wish to have a delivery/drop-off to your area, please contact us. Minimum total order for a drop-off other than those listed is 250#. | |

Refunds: Occasionally, our supplier may not have everything in stock that we order. You will be contacted if something is not available. At times, we may ask to substitute a similar item (only with your permission). It is the buyer's choice whether to carry over a balance for the next order or to receive a refund. There will be NO REFUNDS on items you decide you don't want, can't use or your pets won't eat. If you order it and receive it, we can no longer guarantee the quality of the item. Refunds may be offered on an item that has gone bad or is of poor quality IF K9's Naturally can be sure that the item has remained frozen and has not gone bad due to improper handling. |
